Hi I’m Ernie Zambri, Mortgage planner at Mortgage Architects. My job is quite simple, I save you time and money when it comes to finding you a mortgage.
I have been in the industry since 1990 and I have helped thousands of Canadians reach their goals such as purchasing their dream home, restructuring their debts to pay less interest and help them payoff their mortgage faster. I’m able to do this by applying my knowledge and experience to your specific situation to determine what is best for you. My goal is to determine your current and future needs and objectives, then I shop the market place to find the best mortgage product that suits that need.
We have access to over 40 lenders such as Banks, Trust Companies and Credit Unions. So with me, you know you always getting objectivity.
My philosophy is to be available when you need me and to provide you with exceptional service and advice. My goal is to give you an outstanding experience when shopping for your mortgage that you’ll want to tell all your friends and family about me. Its no secret that I want to grow and build a large book of mortgage clients so to do so, you need to be totally satisfied today. I have worked for the banks and I have held several key positions such as Loans Officer, Underwriter, Financial Advisor/ and Management.
